How to book us...
Because customer requirements vary and every function is different it is difficult to give an accurate quote online.
To receive a quotation:-
Contact us on either 01634 314379 or 07749 464831 or send an e:mail ( bookings@southsound.co.uk ) stating:-
The date of your function
The occasion
The Venue & Location
The Start & Finish times of your function
Please also include any other information you feel is relevant.
We will then give you a price quotation, when you wish to proceed with your booking, we will provisionally book the agreed date for 14 days and a booking contract will be sent to you, either by email or to your address, complete this and return it to us with the specified deposit within 14 days to complete your booking (Cash, Cheque, Paypal accepted for deposits).
If you prefer Paypal as a payment method please return the booking form to us and we will send you an invoice via email as soon as we receive your booking form.
A receipt will be sent for any money you send us once the funds have cleared (usually 7 days).
We will contact you shortly before your function to double check for any last minute changes, but we are happy to discuss your function at any time you wish either in person, over the telephone or via email.
In most cases the remaining balance is payable on the evening of your function we can only accept cash on the evening.

Customers are always telling us that organising a party is very stressful, we are happy to visit you personally if you wish to discuss the music / details of your function. This is more common for wedding receptions but it applies to any function we provide the entertainment for.
