Wedding Receptions

• The music you require for your first dance request(s) will be arranged prior to your wedding day and will be played at your chosen time during the evening reception, we ensure that everyone is aware when this will be and will have their cameras ready.
• We always carry a huge collection of music spanning all decades, we also always encourage requests throughout the evening.
• We always provide a friendly professional service.
• Your booking is confirmed with a written contract and you will receive a receipt for any money you send us.
  • If the venue requires proof of Public Liability Insurance / PAT Testing Certificates, these documents will be produced in person before the day of your function.

 

Setting Up

We will arrive 90 minutes before the scheduled start time of your reception to set up equipment, If your wedding reception is being held in the same function room as your wedding breakfast then we do prefer to set up earlier during the day before you and your guests arrive, this avoids any disruption.

 

Wedding Speeches

A microphone is available for your use during your wedding reception if required. Professional wedding venues usually have a microphone for you to use for your after dinner speeches but if they do not then we are here to help you with this.

 

The First Dance

Once you are happy that all your evening guests have arrived, the DJ will give fair warning to your guests that the first dance is minutes away and to get their cameras ready. We will then introduce the bride and groom on to the dance floor for their first dance as newlyweds. We then play a second slow dance and invite all your guests to join you on the dance floor.

 

The rest of the evening will be one huge celebration full of the fantastic music from all decades, disco classics past & present. We will ensure we cater for everyone during the evening and happy to respond to requests made throughout the night.

If required, we will pause the music to announce the cutting of the cake and can gather your guests together at the end of the night for your farewells should the Bride and Groom be leaving early for their honeymoon.
