How to book us :
If you wish to make a booking enquiry, please contact us and include the following details so we can give you an accurate quote and the correct information:
We will then give you a price quotation, if you wish to proceed with your booking, we provisionally book the agreed date for 14 days and a booking contract will be sent to you.
Complete the form and return it to us with the specified booking fee (deposit) within 14 days to complete your booking (Cash in person, Cheque, BACS & Card accepted for deposits).
If you prefer BACS as a payment method please return the completed booking form to us and we will contact you with the information required to make the payment.
A receipt will be sent for any money you send us once the booking fee has been received.
If we don't receive the form back within 14 days we will attempt to contact you before making any decision to cancel the provisional booking.
We will contact you shortly before your function to double check for any last minute changes, but we are happy to discuss your function at any time you wish either in person, over the telephone or via email.
In most cases the remaining balance is payable on the evening of your function and payable before the music commences, we can only accept cash on the evening of your function. If you wish to settle the remaining balance before your party via BACS / Cheque / Card then this is no problem and payable 7 days before.
Please ensure a barcoded stamp is used if using Royal Mail to return the booking form to us, this will avoid delays and subject us to unnecessary postal charges.

- The venue & location
- The start & finish times of your function
- The service you are interested in, i.e. Disco, Marquee Number Hire etc
- Please also include any other information you feel is relevant.
