Your personal details you submit to us will only be used by SouthSound Disco to reply to your enquiry and to contact you regarding any resulting functions booked with us.
Any personal details passed to us however received will not be passed on to any third party or other performers without your consent.
SouthSound Discos DJ's will use these details solely to contact you regarding your event.
Website Contact Form
The data you submit to us via our Contact Form is delivered to us via email to a password protected email account, we use these details (name / email / telephone numbers) to respond to your enquiry.
If your enquiry leads to a disco booking, your details are stored on a password protected / encrypted calendar accessed by a password protected computer.
If no booking results from your enquiry your details are deleted from our system after 14 days (to allow the customer a reasonable time to reply).
Your contact details will solely be used by SouthSound Disco and not passed on to any third party or any other entertainers without your prior consent.
Booking / Contract Forms
The data you submit to us via our booking form is kept by us to reference when performing at your function and to present to the venue staff to verify that we are booked to perform at your chosen venue.
The contact details will be used to contact you regarding your event.
Printed booking forms / contracts are kept in a key coded cabinet and will be shredded at the end of the month that your function falls.
Data Collected at Customer Meetings
Data collected at customer meetings usually consist of timings and music choices for your event, these details are destroyed / shredded at the end of the month that your function falls.
Feedback Received
When you submit feedback via email we copy this to our website to show future customers and clients your comments, whilst uploading we do not alter the specific content / comments, however we do omit details such as your surname unless you specifically inform us not to.
We cannot change or edit any content that is submitted directly by users of Facebook, Yell.com or any other social media platform.
